Special Provision 1: Client is aware that the balance is payable at least 2 weeks before the event date or during the final meeting with the DJ, whichever comes first (Initial Required):
Special Provision 2. Client is aware that the deposit is non-refundable, and the balance is payable to Jay Razon in full if the Client, for any reason, cancelled the agreement less than 60 days prior to the event date. All cancellation must be done in writing (Initial Required):

By placing the Client's inital across, the Client agreed that once this document is receive by Pacific Sounds, it is a considered a VALID CONTRACT. The Client also agreed to make the required deposit within 10 working days from the date of this contract. Upon receipt of the deposit, Pacific Sounds will send a signed copy of this Contract with an official receipt for the deposit. (Initial Required):
